and packages are shipped via China Air Mail to minimize shipping time and cost.

If your order is accepted and the items selected are in stock, your order will normally ship within the time indicated on our website. All ship and delivery dates specified on our website are estimates only and are subject to change. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays by the carrier. Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Each of our candles is handmade by designers, and it's inevitable that there will be minor flaws. Besides, we stand by the high quality of our products and offer free returns & refunds for quality-related issues. Please reach out to us via e-mail customersupport@xinaxn.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Please note we don't offer free returns or refunds for preference-related complaints such as "I don't like the scent/color".
All products are eligible for return within 30 days. Please write to us at customersupport@xinaxn.com to initiate a return. All products must be returned in their original packaging complete with any supplied hardware. Returns may be subject to shipping/delivery fees for which you will bear the cost.
If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service with photos and a description of the issue before proceeding with your return.
We allow cancellations of orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at customersupport@xinaxn.com if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund.
